PAYMENT 

We use Paypal® for its proven track record in providing a secure method for online transactions. Boximals does not handle any of your credit card information as payment takes place on the Paypal® website.

Upon placing your order we will charge any applicable sales taxes and shipping fees to the credit card you supply for checkout. Payment is collected and charged to your credit card before the order is shipped.

Currently credit cards are the only accepted method of payment; please do not send checks or any other forms of payment as they will not be accepted.

 SHIPPING 

Shipping costs are determined by the number of items in your order and your shipping address. Your shopping cart will automatically calculate your shipping costs as you place items in its basket. Registering an account and specifying your shipping address will help determine your correct shipping costs.

We usually process orders on the same day after payment has been confirmed and shipped out within two business days. Orders are shipped with Canada post from Vancouver, British Columbia. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped.

We currently only ship to Canada and the United States. Depending on your location it may take up to 1-2 weeks from when your order is shipped for it to arrive to the shipping address.

 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Boximals aims to make each purchase one a happy one. We will accept returns or exchanges on products on a case by case basis provided the request is made within 30 days of purchase. Products sent back without being issued a credit slip will not be accepted or returned. Boximals is not responsible for products lost during return shipping.

Defective Product

If the product is judged as defective a replacement will be provided instead of a refund. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed through a Boximals store voucher within 7 days of the return shipping date. Boximals will not provide compensation if the product is found to not be defective, nor reimburse return shipping costs. 

Size Exchange

Products returned for size exchanges must be in mint or unused condition. Boximals will be responsible for shipping costs of the replacement, but not for the return shipping costs.

Unwanted Product

Unwanted or unopened products returned to Boximals must be unused condition to be accepted. Refunds will be made with Boximals store vouchers and will only be processed once the returned product is confirmed as being mint or unused. Boximals will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.
